Or has it? You be the judge. You have, however, stumbled across the ghost of a page, or an invisible one, or some variation thereof. Perhaps it never existed in the first place. Whatever the case, it's gone now, and there's naught to be done for it — it is, to be frank, past saving, and isn't that just a little disturbing?
